"Stay In The Room."
The person behind the practice
What started as a yoga class in 2011 quietly became a life. Not just a practice — a philosophy.
Roxanne has been practising Bikram Yoga since 2011. What began as a personal practice became a calling — and eventually, a studio. She co-founded 2Be Yoga before stepping into her current chapter: teaching across three Singapore studios, training the next generation of teachers, and building a practice philosophy she lives every day.
She completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training at Bikram's Yoga College of India and graduated with the Best Yogini Award. She went on to co-found 2Be Yoga, compete in local, regional, and international yoga championships alongside her husband Kenneth, and train the next generation of Bikram teachers through BYTT 2026.
Her second discipline — ice bath facilitation — came as the natural counterpart to heat. Fire and cold. The same philosophy, opposite temperatures. Stay in the room, whatever room you're in.

The writing
Letters on discipline, resilience, and self-mastery — through heat, cold, and the long game of showing up.
Practice Letters is Roxanne's Substack publication — a space to think out loud about what 14 years of Bikram Yoga, ice baths, and embodied practice have quietly taught her. Not tips. Not tutorials. Letters.
Published weekly. Read by practitioners, teachers, and anyone who has ever wanted to leave a room and stayed anyway.

Stay In The Room
The e-book
The room will get hard. Your mind will tell you to leave. Every reason will seem reasonable.
This is Roxanne's first e-book — a distillation of what the hot room teaches you about practice, presence, and the discipline of staying when everything says go.
Whether you practise Bikram Yoga, step into ice baths, or simply find yourself in rooms you want to escape, this is for you.
Get the E-book →The cold
Cold exposure is not a trend. Done properly, it is a discipline — one that teaches the same things the hot room does: breathe, don't react, stay present.
As a Certified Cold-Heat Resilience Facilitator, Roxanne guides individuals and groups through cold water immersion safely and intentionally — with the same method and presence she brings to the podium.
Sessions available for individuals, small groups, and corporate teams.
Enquire About Sessions →Breath preparation, nervous system priming, setting intention for the cold
Real-time breathwork cues, calm facilitation, step-by-step presence
Structured warming protocol and reflection on what the cold surfaced
Private 1-on-1 sessions or small group format — enquire for availability
